DESCRIPTION:ON VIEW: March 8–April 11\nArt Walk & Reception:Thursday\, March 25\, 4:30-6:30 p.m. \nFred Myers Retrospective \nArtist Fredric “Fred” Myers taught Drawing and Painting at UNC for nearly thirty years and was a pillar of the Greeley Art Community. Hired by John Mariani in 1968\, Myers made a name for himself as a popular and cherished landscape artist\, mainly focusing on Colorado’s Front Range. This retrospective exhibition showcases the full spectrum of Myers’ artistic achievements and how he was shaped by the region he called home. \n\nON VIEW IN MARIANI & OAK ROOM GALLERIES \nMariani & Oak Room Student Shows \nMarch 23–April 1 \nIndividual student artists propose\, create\, curate and install their own exhibitions.
