Workshops & Webinars
Where can I find training?
UNC employees can access a variety of training (in-person and online) to support their work across campus.
Organizational Development (HR and IM&T)
UNC's Human Resources office, in combination with IM&T and CETL, is working to develop professional development opportunities for employees across the campus on a wide-range of topics including compliance information, technology tools, and leadership skills.
One program we've created is the Online Training & Development "virtual" training center within Teams. UNC employees (faculty and staff) can reach out to us with questions about tools and resources available on campus.
UNC faculty, staff, GA/TA, and student employees now have access to LinkedIn Learning (formerly Lynda). LinkedIn Learning replaced Skillsoft, but don't be disappointed. LinkedIn Learning's online catalog contains thousands of virtual courses across a wide-range of topics.
Campus Training for Faculty
The Center for Enhancement of Teaching and Learning (CETL) and our Instructional Design and Development (IDD) teams have guides, workshops, and tutorials to help faculty navigate the world of education at UNC.
