The Reisher Scholars Program supports rising college sophomores and community college transfer students.

Providing comprehensive unmet need scholarships ranging from $4,000 to $11,000 per year. Join a cohort of goal-oriented students, committed to leadership and service in Colorado and complete your degree with minimal educational debt.

The Reisher Scholars Program has helped over 1,200 students to complete their college degrees through $16.5 million dollars in scholarship support. At this very moment, there are 300 Reisher Scholars working to achieve their dreams of a college education here in Colorado.”  -The Denver Foundation

UNC has joined the Denver Foundation in the Reisher Scholarship as one of its first schools, joining around 2001. The following universities are: Metropolitan State University Denver, University of Colorado Denver, University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Colorado State University, Colorado Mesa University, and Colorado State University Pueblo.

 Eligibility includes:

  • Colorado Resident
  • Financial need
  • 3.0+ GPA
  • Full-time student
  • 24-54 earned credits (sophomores)
  • 54-75 earned credits (transfers)
