Census 2020 Updates with Recent Covid-19 Pandemic
Before completing the 2020 Census, you need to know where to count yourself. College students who live away from home should be counted at the on- or off-campus residence where they live and sleep most of the time, even if they are at home due to the Covid-19 protocols. UNC Housing staff will be reporting anyone living in the UNC Residence Halls, Arlington Park Apartments or University Owned Houses will be reported as on campus.
