University of Northern Colorado will present “Know Your Rights and Navigate the Current Political Landscape” for students, faculty, staff and community members.
February 10, 2020 from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
at UNC University Center Ballrooms
Featuring the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Colorado
UNC is proud to bring ACLU, the nation’s premier defender of the constitutional rights, to campus for a tailored event for the college campus and Greeley community to discuss our basic rights under the U.S. Constitution, how to exercise those rights, and navigate in our nation’s political landscape. Know Your Rights & Navigate the Current Political Landscape will provide attendees information about the first amendment, how university policies and Constitutional Rights work together, and where to look for additional resources and support to promote free speech, combat censorship and secure the right to assembly.
