The Housing and Residential Education (HRE) department is currently looking for student candidates for the Resident Assistant (RA)/Community Assistant (CA) position on campus! Why become an RA/CA? Let me tell you. For our students this position offers an opportunity to not only grow as a leader and as a person; but to also give back to the UNC Bears Community.
Our RA/CA’s are integral in the overall experience that we offer here at UNC. Students
who become RA/CA’s are given the opportunity to do everything from social programming
(including Homecoming and other large-scale events) to quiet one on one conversations
with other members of the campus community. This position makes a huge difference
in the lives of our students.
HRE is looking for talented students who are internally motivated, willing to communicate,
and excited about becoming a leader! Here is the way your student can become one of
these leaders:
Step 1: Attend and Information Session to learn about the job

Step 3: Attend our Group Process Day on Feb 8th
Step 4: Schedule an Individual Interview either Friday Feb 21st or 28th
Step 5: Take a deep breath because you did such a good job through the process!!!!

This is very competitive process, so we encourage all students to apply early and
