Dining Services helped contribute to the Division of Student Affairs Core Characteristics by providing opportunities for students to work in a commercial
kitchen. Student employees gained hands on experience and developed lifelong skills
such as communication, teamwork, problem solving, and time management. Furthermore,
Dining Services operated under modified menus and hours during the 2020-21 year to ensure quality
and best serve students.
