Students who are upper classmen are eligible to live in our University-Owned Houses. There are double and single rooms within the houses. Room assignments will be done by the Housing & Residential Education Office. All contracts are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and will depend on space availability at the time of the assignment.
All contracts are academic year contracts. However, the houses have the added benefit of remaining open during winter and spring breaks. Since the houses have kitchens, students in the houses are able to cook their own meals. As a result, meal plans are optional. However, if your would like a meal plan or dining dollars, you can contact the Dining Services Office at 970-351-2652.
The preliminary base rate for a double room in the the University-Owned Houses will be $3,086 plus a 3% - 6% increase for the 2019-2020 academic year. Single Rooms are charged an additional $500 per semester. The Board of Trustees will approve the final rates in June, 2019.

Information about the University-Owned Houses:
The Arlington Park Apartments is the front desk for all of the houses. If you lock yourself out of your house, the front desk can assist you. They can also assist with mail, cleaning supplies, games/movies, and room repairs.
The leases for the University-Owned Houses are for the academic year. They will follow the same schedule as the residence halls. The houses, however, remain open for winter and spring breaks for residents that are assigned there.
