Log back into the Admissions Portal to submit the following:

• Statement of Philosophy and Professional Goals in relation to the needs in the field (one to two pages).
• Resume
• Proof of teaching license (if you have one)

Reference Check Form

Submit the reference check form by clicking on the "reference check form" link in your Admissions Portal.
