Log back into the Admissions Portal to submit the following:

Personal Statement of future goals/interest in nursing education (two page maximum, 12 point font, one inch paper margins)
Current vita or resume
Copy of current RN license (if you have one)
Example of scholarly work or project
Examples of this work include, but are not limited to: professional research-based paper, senior level project, scholarly work produced for (such as an evidence based practice proposal), literature review, scholarly publication or presentation.
