I serve as the Executive Director of Campus Community & Climate, with direct responsibility for:
UNC has been my professional home for over fifteen years, and I love the students, spirit of collaboration and dedication to the best possible learning environments for students. I have a Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, Masters Degree in Student Affairs Administration and Bachelors of Social Work, both from Ball State University.
Prior to working at UNC I worked at the University of Colorado-Boulder, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and Ball State University. My research interests include first-generation college students, 21st century learning, and student engagement and retention.
