I joined the University of Northern Colorado in 2017 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Services.
Since joining UNC, the most rewarding part has been working with students to help them gain insight into their strengths and future potential, followed closely by developing courses that foster learning.
My approach to my role as a DRC Faculty Ambassador is largely inspired by my work with individuals with disabilities, which you’ll find reflected in my professional experience and strong advocacy for individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses.
I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I received a doctoral degree in Rehabilitation Psychology. I currently live in Greeley with my family. When I’m not keeping busy with teaching, you can find me camping with my family.
If you’re looking for someone to talk to about my work with the Disability Resource Center, feel free to contact me via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
