Education & Training

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts.  I am currently working towards my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling here at the University of Northern Colorado.  My training includes experiences at the UNC’s Psychological Services Center in McKee, the Counseling Center in Cassidy Hall, as well as working with mandated clients for substance use and domestic violence offenses at Rangeview Counseling Center in Boulder.

Current Roles

I work with individuals, offering counseling services, emergency walk ins, and initial consultations.

Therapeutic Approach

My belief is that when given the chance and the space to do so, we have the capacity to live meaningfully and authentically. I will support you as you deepen your relationship with yourself, build awareness, and reconnect with your strengths. My approach focuses on helping you explore thoughts, feelings and beliefs in a safe environment that allows you to identify and accomplish your goals. I am influenced by several theoretical orientations and my treatment is tailored to you and your goals. I utilize mindfulness exercises, as well as CBT and DBT techniques.
