Information for Undergraduate Students
Before we get everything underway, there’s a couple things you need to do. These steps are designed to get you everything you need as smoothly as possible, so you can graduate with confidence.
Virtual Graduation Fair
Your many years of hard work are almost over and it’s time to celebrate! Your cap
and gown are important symbols of the achievement you’ve made. The Grad Fair lets
you both rent your regalia, as well as purchase class rings and design your graduation
Fall graduates must apply for graduation to participate in the ceremony. The deadline for your name to appear in the program has passed, however the application is still open. Spring and Summer graduates will automatically have their name included in the program and ceremony.
Your years of hard work are almost over and it’s time to celebrate in style! You can get everything you need at the Graduation Fair or order your cap and gown online. The deadline to order regalia is Sunday, November 1 at 9:59 p.m.
Cap and gown orders are final, no refunds will be given.
Graduation with honors is determined on your cumulative grade point average, of at least 56 semester hours, at the time of degree completion:
- Summa Cum Laude: 3.9 – 4.0
- Magna Cum Laude: 3.8 – 3.89
- Cum Laude: 3.7 – 3.79
If you meet the qualifications, including grades earned during your final semester, you will have Latin Honors designated on your diploma and official transcript.
