Printing

Active RSOs are eligible for up to 150 pages of free black and white, 8.5" x 11" printing each semester. You can submit your print request online, and our staff will contact you when it is ready to pick up. Please submit your request at least 5 business days before you need it.

Submit Print Request

Print quotas will not be adjusted due to user submission errors. Before submitting your print file, please review it carefully to make sure it is formatted correctly and free from typos. Please keep in mind that each page counts against your print total, not just the number of copies. For example, if you print 25 double-sided copies then 50 pages will be deducted from your RSO print balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What file formats can I submit?
Please upload your print file as a PDF, Document (DOC, DOCX, TXT, ODT), or Graphic (JPG, PNG).
  • What colors of paper can I choose from?

OSO stocks the following paper colors:

    • White
    • Yellow
    • Blue
    • Red
    • Orange
    • Green

Please be aware that if paper supplies are low your document may be printed on an alternate color.

  • What can RSOs print?

RSOs can print anything that is directly related to their official events and services. This may include meeting agendas, posters, flyers, ballots, etc.

The Office of Student Organizations staff reserve the right to decline print requests that are not related to RSO activities. If our staff have questions about your print request, they will contact you via e-mail.

  • What if I submit the wrong file?

Contact OSO as soon as possible via e-mail! If we haven't printed your materials yet, we can adjust your request. However, any pages that have already been printed will be deducted from your print quota.

  • How do you keep track of how many pages each RSO has left?

OSO manually records the number of pages that RSOs have printed. RSOs are responsible for keeping track of the number of pages they have already used.

Please keep in mind that each page counts against your print total, not just the number of copies. For example, if you print 25 double-sided copies then 50 pages will be deducted from your RSO print balance.
