Updated Insurance Information
In June of 2019, the UNC Board of Trustees passed new university policies regarding international student insurance. All policies must meet the minimum requirements specified for international students to be waived out of the university insurance. If students do not demonstrate comparable coverage, they will not be able to waive the insurance. This new policy helps the unviersity to remain compliant with federal regulations.
