The Annual Conference on Gender Justice and Feminism is an all-day experience designed to explore women’s and gender issues and gender oppression through an intersectional lens. This conference provides an opportunity to bring awareness, celebrate, and connect with others while creating community and empowering oneself and others to promote gender equity at UNC and beyond.
This conference experience, to attend and to present, is open to all UNC students, faculty, staff, and community members as a way to engage contemporary and historical women’s and gender issues.
This conference is free to current UNC students.

The Annual Conference on Gender Justice and Feminism/UC Offers:
Accessibility Reserved: Areas noted are reserved for persons with accessibility needs
Gender Neutral Restroom: Located outside of Longs Peak & Mt. Evans Ballrooms and In the Dean of Students Office Hallway on the 3rd Floor of the University Center
Language: Add a label to your nametag if you can communicate in language other than English
Spanish & American Sign Language Interpreters: Open access Spanish & American Sign Language interpreters will be offered during all general/plenary sessions
Lactation Stations: Located in the Dean of Students Office Hallway on the third floor of the UC
Water refill stations: We encourage you to bring your personal water bottle & utilize the water refill stations in an effort to reduce waste.
