Mini Dessert Trays (for guest tables only)

These trays provide bite-sized sweets to your table - each tray will serve a table of eight. (Sorry, not available for buffets.) If you would like a mini dessert option for your buffet, please see our Mini Dessert Buffet or Cupcake Buffet Options.

  • Petite Pastry Platter - $22.50
    • a bite-sized selection of éclairs, petite pastries, and cream puffs placed on trays and served one tray per table at your event. (3 pieces per person / 24 pieces per platter)
  • Truffle Assortment Plate - $21.25
    • a small plate of assorted chocolate truffles. (2 pieces per person / 16 pieces per platter)
  • Brownies and Bar Platter - $16.50
    • small bites of rich chocolate brownies, lemon bars, and more for a sweet ending to a great meal. (3 pieces per person / 24 pieces per platter)
  • Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Platter - $24.75
    • fresh strawberries dipped in white and dark chocolate, garnished with a variety of toppings
    • 2 strawberries per person = 16 strawberries per platter

Mini Dessert Buffet - $4.00 per guest

The buffet offers a selection of sweets for guests to choose from. Quantity is figured at 4 pieces per guest.

Cupcake Buffet - $4.00 per guest

Your guests will be surprised by the display and delighted at the assortment of flavors they have to choose from. Minimum of three varieties and endless possibilities. Line cards will identify the flavors on the buffet. These are 2oz cupcakes with frosting. Quantity is figured at 1.5 cupcakes per guest. 

Donut Board - $3.50 per guest

Fresh house-made donuts rolled in a variety of toppings, displayed on custom peg boards. A fun and interactive dessert display your guests will be sure to remember. Quantity is figured at 1.5 donuts per guest.

Ice Cream Social - $3.00 per guest

Not available for a served meal as a plated dessert. Minimum 50 people.

Our Ice Cream Social Menu gives you the options to create a unique and interactive experience for your guests. Allow one of our friendly staff members to scoop up the ice cream while you choose from a wide variety of toppings, sauces and add-ons.

Ice Cream Only

If you would like to only purchase some ice cream from us, let us know. Ice cream comes in 3 gallon tubs and are available for pick up only at the University Center. Ice cream scoops and equipment are not available for rent or lend.
