Breakfast Options

UNC Catering provides many breakfast options for any type of event.

Our menu options cover everything from informal to formal events, continental breakfasts, buffets you can customize with your favorite sides, served meals for a formal business breakfast, and action stations that will really “wow” your guests. Our mouth-watering brunch menu option includes an action waffle station, a hot buffet, freshly made bakery items, cold sides, a carved meat of your choice, and a champagne cocktail station.

$10.25 per guest

All breakfasts come with Assorted Muffins, Fresh Fruit Salad, Chilled Orange Juice, Regular Coffee, Hot Tea, Iced Water, and Linens. Decaf Coffee available upon request for additional cost.

Any breakfast can be provided as a served meal for an additional $4.00
Add salsa and cheddar cheese condiment to any served or buffet meal for $1.50 per guest.
Minimum of 25 guests.

  • Scrambled Eggs
    • Choose either Plain, Cheese, Ham and Cheese, Onions, or Green Peppers
  • Cheese Omelet
    • With Sautéed Onion, Peppers, and Tomato Salsa
  • Quiche - Bacon and Sausage
    • Filled with Sage Sausage, Bacon and Cheddar Cheese, and Chives
  • Quiche - Garden Blend
    • Filled with Spinach, Tomato, Basil, and Mozzarella
  • French Toast
    • Citrus Cream Cheese and Wild Berry Compote
  • Eggs Benedict
    • Poached eggs served on Grilled Ham and an English muffin topped with Hollandaise sauce
  • Baked Eggs
    • Two whole eggs baked in a large ramekin; choose up to two varieties
      • Ham with Swiss Cheese
      • Spinach with Tomato
      • Pueblo Green Chile and Cheddar Cheese

  • Hashbrowns

  • Sausage Gravy (per guest) - $1.50
  • Meatless Gravy (per guest) - $1.25

Buffet Extras

Add excitement to your Breakfast Buffet with one of our Specialty Stations! These stations are designed to compliment your breakfast buffet choices and provide an additional option for your guests.

Specialty Station 1: UNC Waffles - $9.75 per guest

Fresh malted waffles (made to order in our very own UNC-logo waffle irons), served with a large variety of toppings. The setup fee for this station is $125. Add this to your breakfast option for $5.75 per guest.

Specialty Station 2: Hot Cereal Bar - $8.75 per guest

Add this to your breakfast option for $4.25 per guest.

  • Ancient Grain Cereal- (Amaranth, Quinoa, Millet)
  • Fresh Berries, Cinnamon & Sugar, Brown Sugar, Honey, Walnuts, Raisins, Toasted Coconut, Apple Compote

Specialty Station 3: Greek Yogurt Parfait Bar - $8.75 per guest

Add this to your breakfast option for $4.25 per guest.
