You'll probably need to add these using your computer. For iPhone, download the ringtone, unzip the folder, add it to the Tones section on iTunes and sync your phone. On Android phones, copy the MP3 to your phone and search for the file when changing your ringtone. On Windows Phone, copy the MP3 to the Phone disk in the Ringtones folder.
