Event Banners Reservation Form

University Relations offers four different retractable event banners for use at events or fairs (indoor use only). There is no charge for using the banners. Tthey are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

By submitting this form you are verifying your employment at UNC and willingness to take responsibility for the return of the banner(s) on the designated date and in good condition. (Departments returning damaged banners will be charged replacement costs.)
