Details matter, especially when it comes to protecting and promoting UNC’s unique brand. Consistent logo and style usage keeps from diluting recognition and muddying perception, and helps us present a unified, cohesive identity. In addition to guidelines specific to UNC, there are industry standards, such as Web guidelines, that must be followed.
We developed this style guide to ease communication and marketing efforts, to answer questions and help guide decisions. In some cases, the University Regulations or Board Policy Manual may also be helpful resources.
