Engaged in Lively Education
A UNC style of education is like no other. It's heartwarming and engaging to the core. Some of what we do may sound similar to other universities, but the way we deliver our promise of “bringing education to life” is completely unique. It’s being lived out all around us. People come together and take part in an engaging education that makes an impact in the “here and now” versus “when and then.” It’s a lively education that shows up in everything we do – teaching, research and community building.
As university communicators, we simply unearth the stories that unfold around us each and every day, and tell them in honest and simple ways. The experiences are raw, unpretentious and inspirational. We only hope that we can clearly communicate these realities and make plain this incredible work.
We’ve spent the better part of two years laying a foundation for our identity – who we are. Now we’re onto the next big steps of lifting UNC awareness, deepening understanding of what we do and how we do it, and inspiring engagement.
