History
Prior to 1903, the president lived in a house on the corner of 10th street and 9th avenue. In April of 1903, the Board of Trustees approved funds for the building of a presidential residence. This facility served the institution's presidents until 1924, when George W. Frasier became president. A new residence was completed in 1928 for Frasier and his family. This is the structure that we know today which is located at 1862 10th Ave.
