Arlington Park Apartments
History
Construction of the New Arlington Park Apartments was completed in August of 2002. It featured a renovation of the original Arlington Elementary School and 5 new buildings for a total of 181,000 gross sq. feet. A student housing development and management firm, Allen O’ Hara Educational Services will manage the facility under a 35 year management agreement. At the end of that time, the facility will revert to the University.
