Alison Behrens

Originally from Cottage Grove, MN. She attended Winona State University in Winona, MN and worked with Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Gymnastics and Softball while obtaining a Bachelors degree in Athletic Training.  Alison graduated Magna Cum Laude in May of 2007 and became a Certified Athletic Trainer in May of 2007.  She  completed her Masters Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Biomechanics in 2009 at the University of Northern Colorado.

 

Alison will be working primarily with the Women's Basketball and Softball teams in addition to her role as an ACI here at UNC.  She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.

 

Daughter of Michael and Gretchen Behrens, she is the youngest of four children including 2 sisters (Melinda and Corinne) and 1 brother (Michael) and a proud Aunt of 6 nieces and 3 nephews.
