HEPATITIS B VACCINE

ALL ATHLETIC TRAINING STUDENTS IN CLINICAL PROGRAM:

It is strongly recommended that all students in the clinical athletic training program have and provide documentation of a Hepatitis B vaccination. This is for your own personal health protection.

Hepatitis B vaccination requires a series of three injections. The first is followed by a second one month later; followed by a third five months after the second.

The cost of this is at your expense. Approximate cost is $150.00.

Some health insurance policies may cover this.
