Table Tents

University Center contract operations, UPC and chartered clubs may use table tent advertising for their events. All table advertising must be approved by and scheduled through the Assistant Director for UC Operations office.

  • Table tents may only be placed in
    • Zachariah's Dining and Food Court
    • Atrium Lounge
  • Only one table advertising campaign at a time per location is allowed, and only one table tent per table may be placed.
  • Bring approximately 50 table tents folded and taped to the Assistant Director for UC Operations office one day prior to when they should be placed on the tables.  
  • Each single table advertising campaign may not exceed one week in duration - and the table tents will be disposed of after one week.
  • Table advertisements must adhere to standardized sizes and paper stock as follows:
    • Size - 3"x 5" per panel with a minimum of 2 panels, maximum of 4 panels.
    • Paper - card stock or heavier.
  • Advertisers are responsible for replenishing their table advertisements. UC staff will discard damaged tents.
