Paul Washington was recently named the director of Economic Development for the City of Denver by Mayor Michael Hancock. He is the founder and president of LJS Holdings LLC, a leading finance advisory firm that specializes in international mergers, acquisitions and investment banking and has taught a graduate course in business planning at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business (finance) from the University of California at Berkeley and juris doctorate from that institution’s Boalt Hall School of Law.
