DENISE "DEE" ST. CYR
Dee St. Cyr is director of business development for CADDO Solutions, an American Indian-owned office products company headquartered in Denver. Her 27 years of business experience includes serving as director of community relations with U S WEST (Qwest). St. Cyr was selected in 2007 to attend Northwestern University’s Advanced Management Executive Program and also attended the University of Michigan’s Human Resources Executive Program. A member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, St. Cyr's Voice of America interviews and an International Monetary Fund keynote address have earned her national recognition as a strong advocate for change for American Indian initiatives. Harvard University invited St. Cyr to speak with its American Indian students about being Native in mainstream America, and her presentation led to an invitation to attend the Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology Native American Program on Negotiations and Nations Building Workshop. St. Cyr currently chairs the board of directors of the Rocky Mountain Indian Chamber of Commerce and is secretary of the board of directors of the American Indian National Chamber of Commerce.
