The swamp white oak is a medium-sized tree of America's north central and northeastern mixed forests. It has a very large range, and can survive in a variety of habitats. It grows rapidly and is long-lived, reaching 300 to 350 years in age. It’s not a large tree, typically about 65 to 80 feet tall.
