Exploring US History through Primary Sources (secondary - grades 6-12) – June 17-19 EDF 513-646

Explore collections and sample lessons highlighting three eras of US history: Creating the United States, the Civil War, and the New Deal Era/Great Depression as you experience strategies to support critical thinking and analysis of informational texts for accuracy and point of view. Learn strategies for helping students think like a historian, formulate and support hypotheses with evidence, and research key historical questions.
