PVA Buying and Policies
WHERE TO BUY
Tickets for all Performing and Visual Arts Events can be purchased in the following locations:

GENERAL POLICIES
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations except in the case of an event cancellation or date change.
Service charges are non-refundable.
Reservations or holds cannot be made without payment.
Ticket holder must comply with all University of Northern Colorado venue rules at all events.
The ticket is a personal license that may be revoked by the University of Northern Colorado at any time, as necessary.
Programs and artists may be subject to change without notice.
Any person entering the venue, regardless of age, must present a valid ticket for the event.
A valid ID and the credit card used are required for ticket pick-up.
ACCESS FOR PATRONS WITH DISABLITIES
ALL UNC VENUES are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Please contact the UNC Ticket Office at 970.351.4849 for information regarding access and seating for our patrons with disabilities.
CANCELLATION OF EVENTS
In the event that any game, event or performance is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or weather, please contact the UNC Ticket Office at 970.351.4849 for rescheduling options.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges may only be made between performances within a single PVA Season.
A fee of $1.00 may be assessed for single ticket exchanges.
GROUP SALES
Special prices for Performing and Visual Arts performances are available to groups of 10 or more.
Prices vary depending on event.
Payment in full is required no less than 48 hours before any event, by Friday at 5pm for weekend events.

LATECOMER POLICY
Norton Theatre
All ticket holders for the Norton Theatre must arrive at least 10 (ten) minutes prior to show time for seating due to the smaller scale of this theatre and stage setting. Latecomers cannot be seated. Tickets will not be refunded.
Langworthy Theatre
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
LOST TICKETS
A fee may be assessed for tickets that need to be reprinted. Please contact the Ticket Office at 970.351.4840 for information.
PRINT @ HOME
Print@Home is currently not available for any events other than Athletics.
SEASON PACKAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Season packages insure that you receive the best prices for performances. For most performances, season packages insure you receive 1st choice of seating. Season packages are not available after the last performance in each series.
SPECIAL PRICES, GIFT CERTIFICATES AND DISCOUNTS

TICKET DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
DELIVERY
If a minimum of 7 days exists between the date of purchase and the date of the event, tickets may be sent via USPS to the address the purchaser requests.
PICK-UP
Tickets may be placed in WILL-CALL at any time for pick-up the day of the performance. WILL-CALL pickup generally starts one hour prior to the scheduled start-time of the performance at the window marked WILL-CALL at the performance location. ID must be presented when picking-up tickets at WILL-CALL.
TICKETING FEES
GENERAL
A $3.00 fee is assessed for ticket packages for handling.
Individual tickets will be assessed no fees for handling.
ONLINE
A minimum non-refundable Convenience Charge is assessed for each on-line ticket sale. This fee varies between
$1.50 and $2.50 depending on ticket price.
A $3.00 per order fee is assessed on all tickets purchased online.
Season theatre packages are not currently available for purchase online.
TICKETS AS CONTRIBUTIONS OR DONATIONS
In the event that tickets are unable to be used, they may be returned to the UNC Ticket Office as a contribution/donation. A receipt for a tax-deductible contribution will be issued to the patron assuming the tickets are returned to the UNC Ticket Office at least 24 hours prior to the performance or event.
