GENERAL POLICIES
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations except in the case of an event cancellation or date change.
Service charges are non-refundable.
Reservations or holds cannot be made without payment.
Ticket holder must comply with all University of Northern Colorado venue rules at all events.
The ticket is a personal license that may be revoked by the University of Northern Colorado at any time, as necessary.
Opponents may change without notice.
Any person entering the venue, regardless of age, must present a valid ticket for the event.
A valid ID and the credit card used are required for ticket pick-up.
ACCESS FOR PATRONS WITH DISABLITIES
ALL UNC VENUES are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Please contact the UNC Ticket Office at 970.351.4849 for information regarding access and seating for our patrons with disabilities.
CANCELLATION OF EVENTS
In the event that any game, event or performance is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or weather, please contact the UNC Ticket Office at 970.351.4849 for rescheduling options.

GROUP OR TEAM SALES
GROUP
Special prices for ATHLETIC EVENTS are available to groups of 25 or more.
Prices vary depending on event.
Payment in full is required no less than 48 hours before any event, by Friday at 5pm for weekend events.

SCHOOL SPORTS TEAMS
Special prices for ATHLETIC EVENTS are available for school sports teams visiting us.
Price is $1.00 per team member. Coach Price is $1.00 unless on a pass-list at the request of a coach.
Payment in full is required no less than 48 hours before any event, by Friday at 5pm for weekend events.

LOST TICKETS
A fee may be assessed for tickets that need to be reprinted. If you use Print @ Home, this fee will not be assessed as the patron is printing the tickets directly and may print tickets as needed.
Player Pass
For each game, each player is allotted a certain amount of tickets known as PLAYER PASS. These tickets are free for the player to give to family and friends for attendance to the game. Each person on the Player Pass List must pick up his or her ticket at the assigned gate against a signature. PRINT @ HOME
Tickets for most ATHLETIC events may be purchased and printed at home using PRINT@HOME. Printing your tickets at home insures you do not have to wait at the WILL-CALL window to pick up tickets. You also have the ability to print tickets at anytime and as many times as needed. The ticket you print is a valid ticket. Security of the PRINT@HOME ticket is the responsibility of the ticket holder. Make sure you protect it like you would any other ticket. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that is scanned at the event. If any copies are made of the ticket, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry. If a unique barcode has already been scanned, the attendant will be alerted and entry will not be permitted.
RESALE OF TICKETS
Resale of any tickets is allowed at “Face Value” only. Resale of tickets at a higher price than face value violates the personal license granted to the ticket holder by the University of Northern Colorado.
SEASON PACKAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Season packages, for most events, insure that you receive the best prices for events. For most events, season packages insure you receive 1st choice of seating, 1st choice of single game seats, and the same seats from season to season. Cancellation of season tickets may result in loss of seats from previous season. Season tickets may not be available for purchase after the first event in the package.

TICKET DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
DELIVERY
Tickets placed in WILL CALL may be picked up at the Ticket Office in the University Center during regular office hours up to the day of the event. Tickets being picked up the day of the event need to be picked up at the ticket window marked WILL CALL at the event location (Nottingham Field, Jackson Complex or Butler-Hancock Center). Will call tickets may be picked-up while tickets are on sale at the event location. Identification is required to pick-up WILL CALL tickets at the ticket office and at the event locations.
PICK-UP
Tickets may be placed in WILL-CALL at any time for pick-up the day of the event. WILL-CALL pickup generally starts one hour prior to the scheduled start-time of the event at the window marked
WILL-CALL at the event location. ID must be presented when picking-up tickets at WILL-CALL.
TICKETING FEES
GENERAL
A $3.00 fee is assessed for ticket packages for handling.
ONLINE
A minimum non-refundable Convenience Charge is assessed for each on-line ticket sale.
A $3.00 per order fee is assessed on all tickets purchased online
(for Print@Home, an additional $2.00 order fee is assessed).
A $7.50 fee is assessed on each season package purchased online.
TICKETS AS CONTRIBUTIONS OR DONATIONS
In the event that tickets are unable to be used, they may be returned to the UNC Ticket Office as a contribution/donation. A receipt for a tax-deductible contribution will be issued to the patron assuming the tickets are returned to the UNC Ticket Office at least 24 hours prior to the performance or event.
