General Ticket Policies

• All sales are final. No refunds/cancellations except in case of event cancellation or date change.
• Service charges are not refundable.
• Reservations cannot be made/held without payment.
• Ticket holder must comply with all University of Northern Colorado venue rules at events.
• Ticket is a personal license that may be revoked by University of Northern Colorado, if necessary.
• Programs and artists may be subject to change without prior notice.
• Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission.
• Valid ID and credit card information is requested when picking up tickets.

Ticket fees:

General:

A $3.00 is assessed for tickets mailed.

• Tickets may be mailed, or
• Picked up at the Ticket Office (UNC University Ctr, 2045 10 th Ave., M-F, 11:30-5:30pm)
• Picked up in Will Call at the event site 1 hour prior to event.

On-Line :

A minimum Convenience Charge is assessed for each on-line ticket sale. ($1.50-$2.50 depending on ticket prices)
A $3.00 Per Order Processing Fee is assessed for all on-line ticket sales.

Tickets mailed if reservation made 7 days or more prior to event.

Tickets held at Will Call or Office if reservation made less than 7 days to event.

Latecomer policy:

Gray Hall Theatre : All ticket holders for the Norton Theatre in Gray Hall must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to show time for seating due to the smaller scale of this theatre and stage setting. Latecomers cannot be seated. Tickets will not be refunded.

Langworthy Theatre : Latecomers will only be seated at House Manager’s discretion.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

A $1 “replacement fee” will be assessed. Call the Ticket Office at 970-351-4849.

Exchanges

Performing & Visual Arts productions only: A $1 fee is applied for single ticket exchanges (Exchanges may only be made “between performances” within PVA seasons)

Tickets as Contributions/Donations

If unable to use tickets, return them to the UNC Ticket Office 24 hoursbefore the performance. You will receive a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution.

Handicapped Facilities

All UNC venues are handicap accessible. Please call the UNC Ticket Office, 970-351-4849, for information regarding special seating.
