Summer Visitor Housing (Short Term Housing)
Nightly housing is available each summer from mid-May through early August at North Residence Hall for anyone requiring short term accommodations. We provide comfortable, convenient and affordable housing for many guests visiting the UNC/Greeley area. You do not need to be affiliated with UNC to stay with us!
Note: All students attending New Student Orientation, as well as participants attending most conference, camp, and training sessions, are housed in facilities other than Summer Visitor Housing. Please ask your event contact person for specific arrangements and instructions. UNC Summer Students should refer to the Housing & Residential Education Department for summer housing arrangements.
