Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I make a reservation?

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Online reservations must be paid for with a credit card. We do not accept purchase orders or checks.

A: All reservations require a credit card payment at the time of the request.

Q: What if the payment is tax-exempt?
A: Our reservation system automatically charges tax. To adjust the charges, Colorado law requires us to have a copy of your organization's tax exempt certificate (not just the number). If you are paying with a personal credit card, we cannot refund the tax amount collected, regardless of your organization's tax-exempt status.

A: There is no financial penalty if you cancel your reservation 24 or more hours prior to the scheduled night. For online reservations, the full payment minus a $5.00 fee will be refunded back to the credit card used for payment.
