DINING & CATERING
University of Northern Colorado offers full-service catering for your conference functions and/or meal card plans. Meal Cards give each conference or camp attendee specific meal access in Holmes Dining Hall or the University Center Food Court. Full flexibility is possible in designing your conference’s meal needs. Special events may utilize barbeques, buffet catering or you may choose sack lunches for on-the-go meals. Taco Bell and Starbucks located at the University Center provide additional options for conference and camp-goers.
Each of the dining halls has special offerings, including display cooking and plentiful salad bars. The dining hall and the award-winning catering is headed by Northern Colorado’s top-ranked executive chef.
