2014 Summer Visitor Housing ONLINE Registration

Please note that Summer Visitor Housing is ONLY available from May 23rd - August 9th.

You will be directed to a secure site for credit card payments. Credit card payment must be submitted on-line at time of registration. UNC accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Lodging: 

Please select a room type. If a room type is not selected, you will be registered in a Shared Suite-Single Bedroom. 

SHARED SUITES
Double Bedroom $60.75/nt plus tax  
Includes a private bedroom with 2 twin beds and shared bathroom and living area.
Max number of guests: 2
 
Single Bedroom $46.00/nt plus tax  
Includes a private bedroom with 1 twin bed and shared bathroom and living area.
Max number of guests: 1
 
PRIVATE SUITES
Family Suite Rate $77.50/suite/nt plus tax  
Includes an entire suite with 2-3 bedrooms and private bathroom and living room. Max number of guests: 4

 

Confirmation: 

A confirmation screen will appear confirming your registration.  If you do not see this screen, re-submit your registration on-line.

Changes: 

Any changes on your registration after you receive your confirmation should be submitted by sending an email with your requested change(s) to uncconfweb@unco.edu or by calling (970) 351-4070.  Please DO NOT register again.

Cancellations: 

Cancellations must be either called in to (970) 351-4070, brought to the attention of the Summer Visitor Housing desk staff at the North Hall Housing facility, faxed to (970) 351-1104, or emailed to uncconfweb@unco.edu.  A full refund for room charges will be credited when at least 24 hours notice is given. The $5.00 Registration Fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited.  If cancellations are received less than 24 hours before reservations, there will be no refund.
