Payment:
The University of Northern Colorado cannot accept purchase orders. You will be directed to a secure site for credit card payments. Credit card payment must be submitted on-line at time of registration.
Registration:
To register for this three-day session, you must have participated in a previous Teaching with Primary Sources Essentials Exploration introductory level professional development workshop.
A $50.00 fee will be assessed through this website. It is totally refundable upon completion of the Institute.
If no overnight accommodations are needed, check the "Commuter" box in the "Housing" section.
If you need overnight accommodations, you can make reservations for campus housing through this site. Check the "Registered" box in the "Housing" section. Make sure correct dates of arrival and departure are listed in the "Check-in and Checkout" section.
Shared Suite - Includes a private bedroom and a shared bathroom and living area. If you have someone that you would like to share a suite with, please list them in the suitemate section.
The Library of Congress grant will pay up to 3 nights lodging for this event. Any lodging over 3 nights will be at the expense of the student at $44.00 per night.
Lodging:
North Hall is located on West Campus and features an air-conditioned facility with two secured entrances; a 24-hour staffed reception desk, two main lounges, game room, music practice room, kitchen, vending and conference rooms with multimedia equipment. Four-person suites offer single and double bedroom options, a common shared living room, 9' high-stepped ceilings, a common bathroom with separate shower and toilet rooms, and individual closets. Outdoor patios are adjacent to main floor lounges, with spaces providing a wide range of accommodations for small and large groups for indoor and outdoor meetings, social/educational events and recreation.
Meals:
Library of Congress grant covers breakfast and lunch each day. Dinner may be purchased at Holmes Dining Hall on a cash basis.
Internet:
Wireless service is available in North Hall. A login will be provided at check-in.
Confirmation:
A confirmation screen will appear confirming your Institute and/or Room and Board registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register, your registration is incomplete and you must re-submit your registration on-line. Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.
Changes
Any changes on your registration after you receive your confirmation should be submitted by sending an email with your requested change(s) to uncconfweb@unco.edu or call (970) 351-2010. Please DO NOT register again.
Cancellations
If you must cancel your registration for the Institute, please fax us your written cancellation notice to (970) 351-1104 or email to uncconfweb@unco.edu. A request for refund must be received by June 21, 2012.
