Payment
The University of Northern Colorado cannot accept purchase orders. You will be directed to a secure site for credit card payments. Credit card payment must be submitted on-line at time of registration. A non-refundable web fee of $5.00 will be assessed at time of registration.
Registration
Room charges for this workshop are:
Single (1 person/bedroom, 2 persons/suite)
$36.65/participant/night + tax
Lodging
Built in 1973, Lawrenson Hall offers apartment style living. Each floor in Lawrenson contains six apartments and two efficiencies. Each apartment accommodates four students with a living-dining area, private bathroom, two bedrooms, and kitchen. Efficiency apartments house two students in an open room with a bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned and are furnished. A $55.00 lost key charge will be assessed at check out if the key is not returned.
Internet
Internet service is included with your daily price above. A login and password will be provided for you at check-in.
Micro-Fridge Combos and Kitchen Utensils
Micro-fridge combos are available for rent at $45.00 per stay. Kitchen Utensil packet includes: 1 pot, 1pan, 1 lg spoon, 1 spatula, 1 knife, 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel. These packets can be rented for $10.00 per stay.
Confirmation
A confirmation screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register, your registration is incomplete and you must re-submit your registration on-line. Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.
Changes
Any changes on your registration after you receive your confirmation should be submitted by sending an email with your requested change(s) to uncconfweb@unco.edu or call (970) 351-2010. Please DO NOT register again.
Cancellations
If you must cancel your registration, please fax us your written cancellation notice to (970) 351-1104 or email to uncconfweb@unco.edu. A request for refund must be received at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of a conference. A full refund for room and board charges will be credited when a cancellation notice is received. Registration fee will be forfeited. If cancellations are received less than 48 hours before reservations, there will be no refund.
Errors
Once you start the registration form, if you make an error, please DO NOT use the “back” button on your browser. Close the form by clicking the “X” in the upper right corner of your browser window and start again.
