Registering for classes
If you are currently enrolled at UNC, you can register for Summer Session classes beginning April 3 through Ursa.
Maximum Credit Hours
- 6-week sessions: 9 credits each term
- 8-week session: 10 credits
- 12-week session: 15 credits
If you wish to take more than the maximum limit, you must fill out a waiver. Get more information on the Registrar’s Office website or by calling 970-351-2231.
Registering with holds
If you have any holds are your account, you won’t be able to register for classes until the hold is cleared. To do so, you must contact the department that placed the hold.
