The people of the University of Northern Colorado are diverse in background, culture and point of view. Our Student Advocacy services are here to provide quality support services delivered in a personal and caring manner to promote the retention and academic success of all students (undergraduate, transfer, non-degree and graduate).

Cultural Houses
- APASS - The mission of the Asian/Pacific American Student Services (A/PASS) is to provide academic and social support to the Asian American and Pacific Islander student body as well as to increase the University and larger community's awareness of the different cultures within these populations.
- CCCC - Our mission is to enhance student recruitment, retention, and graduation with a focused emphasis on the Latino/Hispanic student by fostering an environment which will result in a more successful and positive university experience.
- Marcus Garvey - The Marcus Garvey Center for Black Cultural Education was established in 1982 as a source of support for Black students on the campus of the University of Northern Colorado. The staff and programs of the Center are designed to "Challenge," "Support," and to increase retention and graduation of Black students.
- NASS - The mission of Native American Student Services is to provide academic, social, emotional, and cultural support to all UNC students with a special emphasis on Native American students and to promote Native American culture with events and activities for the campus and community.
Resource Centers
- Disability Support Services: mission is to develop a partnership with students, faculty and staff to assist in creating an accessible university community, where students with disabilities have an equal opportunity to fully participate in all aspects of the educational environment.
- Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered and Allies Resource Center: The Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender and Allies (GLBTA) Resource Office is established to ensure unrestricted access and full involvement of GLBTA students in all aspects of the University.
- Women's Resource Center: Provides programs, discussions, and materials about women’s issues, initiatives and development. The Center promotes leadership, celebrates the achievements of women, and raises awareness on the status of women.
Student Support
- Off-Campus Housing: A student-run, student-funded program to assist current and prospective UNC students, faculty, and staff members find information about available housing in Greeley and the surrounding areas.
- Student Legal Services: On-campus legal council available to students through student funding.
