Spring Break Service Trip (SBST)
Organizing an event such as the Spring Break Service Trip takes tremendous coordination, teamwork, training and communication. We require that students attend meetings so they receive critical information, complete tasks, complete required paperwork, and maintain a sense of camaraderie with other SBST Participants.
Below is a list of meetings that you need to attend:
- SBST Applications Available: Monday September 24th
- First Informational Meeting: October (week 4)
- Second Informational Meeting: November (week 3)
- APPLICATIONS DUE: Friday November 16th
- Kick Off Meeting: November 19th
- Site Leader Meetings Begin**: November (week 3)
- Team Organizational Meetings Begin: November (week 3)
- FULL DEPOSIT DUE: Friday December 7th
- Spring Break Service Trip: March 15-19th
Meetings will be arranged to fit into all students' schedules. This may mean early morning meetings or meetings taking place late into the evening. It is important that students attend the meetings. If a student misses a meeting, they may not be allowed to participate in the Spring Break Service Trip.
