Who utilizes the Off-Campus Housing office and website to locate housing?

Our office and website are available to all students, faculty, and staff at the University of Northern Colorado.

 

Should I list with Off-Campus Housing if my property is outside the immediate UNC area?

While most of our listings are for the area very near UNC, many people look to live in areas further away-so listing is still a good option.

 

What does it cost to list on the website?

It is absolutely free!

 

What must I do to list my property on the website?

All you need to do is fill out an “I Have Something to Rent” or “I Need a Roommate” form and submit it.

 

What is the number for that pops up after I post a listing?

That number is the sequence number that the OCH office uses to identify your listing, please write it down! If you need the OCH office to delete your listing or make changes to your listing you must submit the sequence number.

 

Can I make changes to my listing?

Unfortunately we do not have the capabilities to allow you to make changes to your listing. However, we would be more than happy to do so for you. Please e-mail the OCH office at och@unco.edu with your sequence number and desired changes.
