SPEEC has decided to publish a 2nd volume of the Campus Cookbook, filled with the best recipes from the best cooks on our campus—and we need your favorite recipe(s) to share!
We would like to have as many of your favorite recipes you wish to share to be included in our cookbook. Your name will even be printed with each of your recipes! Please fill out the SPEEC Cookbook Submission Form (Word or PDF) (type into form or print, write, and scan) OR submit an already electronically formatted recipe (IN WORD FORMAT!) and submit it to Andrew.Malinski@unco.edu by Friday, November 7th.
“NEW THIS YEAR: We are looking for “Special Diets” recipes to include in the new edition. So, please send over your Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, etc. recipes for inclusion in this new feature!!”
All of the profits from the sale of our cookbook fundraiser will go to SPEEC which, in turn, will use the money for funding scholarships and SPEEC events.
