State Personnel Employees Executive Council
What is SPEEC?
SPEEC, the State Personnel Employees Executive Council represents all
classified employees working at the University.
The Council is recognized by the Board of Trustees and has representation
on most of the University committees. The Council, while representing classified
staff at the University, also strives to create a University-wide spirit of cooperation.
Many of our projects benefit all segments of the University community - classified, exempt staff, faculty, students and administration. The Council is a positive force on the University campus.
