How to use Health Services

When you are sick or have a health concern, call (970) 351-2412 to schedule an appointment with a nurse or other provider.

If you anticipate needing lab tests or medications, call and make an appointment as early in the day as possible so we can help you efficiently and effectively.

If you do not have a medical record on file, you will be asked to complete a health history form before being seen.  

Remember, any student who has paid student fees may use the Student Health Center, regardless of what insurance you have.
