Cancer Exercise Specialist Training Course Network

At the request of past participants, as well as potential attendees, we are starting a network base that would serve two purposes: (1) to provide information on where participants have come from and their occupational fields and (2) to serve as reference and referral individuals in the field of cancer exercise specialist training. Since the conception of the course in 2000, there have been 123 participants. We sent out e-mail messages and letters to all past participants requesting they fill out a form if they were interested in being included in the network. Although many of the notices were returned due to changes in e-mail and home addresses over the years, the names listed below are those past participants who consented to have their personal information published.
