  • Carole Schneider, PH. D.

    Carole Schneider, Ph. D.

    • School of Sport and Exercise Science

    Carole Schneider is a co-founder of RMCRI. She is a fellow in the American College of Sports Medicine and an active researcher in the area of exercise intervention and cancer treatment-related symptoms. Dr. Schneider is director of the Rose Project, which investigates genetic risk profiles for breast and ovarian cancers. She has extensive national presentations, textbooks, professional manuscripts, and a successful grant writing history. Dr. Schneider serves as advisor to numerous graduate and undergraduate students and administers to all internships at the Institute.

  • Kurt Dallow, M.D.

    • Medical Director
    • Adjunct Professor, School of Sport and Exercise Science

    Dr. Dallow practices at North Colorado Family Medicine where he is the Associate Director as well as Chair Person of the Medical Education Committee at North Colorado Medical Center. He received his medical degree from University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Dallow has been practicing family medicine for 20 plus years and during that time he has earned an added certification in sports medicine and currently serves as the team physician for the University of Northern Colorado.

    Dr. Dallow is also medical advisor to Mile High Sports Nutrition and provides vital information on training and injury prevention.  Dr. Dallow is a triathlete and marathon runner.  He has completed 24 marathons and numerous triathlons. 

  • Reid Hayward, Ph.D.

    • Director of Basic Science Research
    • Professor of Sport and Exercise Science

    Reid Hayward serves as the Director of Basic Science Research for the Institute. He is a Professor of Sport and Exercise Science, and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Physiological Society. Dr. Hayward oversees all aspects of basic science research, and supervises Postdoctoral Fellows as well as graduate and undergraduate students conducting research within the Institute.
