- Pattern of bizarre behaviors or actions
- Disruption to the classroom or living community
- Behavior or comments that are harmful to self or others (*if emergent, dial 911)
- Suicidal threats, gestures, or attempts (*if emergent, dial 911)
- Alcohol or other drug problems
- Self-injurious behavior (e.g., cutting self)
- Hospitalization for drug or alcohol use
- Sudden rapid weight loss
- Poor health due to restrictive eating
